A unique identity is created
Your ERP or AIQR issues a serial for the product's GTIN — a random, non-guessable number for this one unit.

The line prints it on the pack
The line gateway hands the identity to the coder, which prints it as a QR code at line speed.

A camera checks every print
Each code is read back and matched. Unreadable or wrong prints are rejected, and their serials are never reused.

Units are linked to their carton
As packs go into a case, their identities are recorded against the carton's own code.

One scan of the pallet label brings up everything recorded inside it — no need to open every box.
