Platform · Branded apps
Your own app, in your brand, on a proven platform.
Landing pages are the right start for a single scan. When participants come back every week, such as installers, retailers, dealers and field teams, they need an app. AIQR lets you launch branded apps on the same platform that runs your codes, programmes and analytics, without building the back-end from scratch.
Apps you can launch
- Consumer loyalty and warranty app
- Retailer, mechanic and installer rewards app
- Dealer and distributor app for orders, schemes and claims
- Field-sales app for visits, orders and outlet onboarding
- Service and technician app for installations and claims
Why build on AIQR instead of from scratch
Your name in the stores
Your brand, icon and identity, with publishing to the app stores managed as part of the engagement.
One back-end for everything
Codes, scans, participants, rules, rewards and analytics already exist in AIQR. The app is a new front door to them, not a new system.
Built-in scanning
In-app scanning of AIQR serialized codes for earning, verification, warranty and stock receipt, with the same fraud controls as the web experience.
Role-based experiences
One app can serve several audiences, such as retailers and installers, with different menus, rules and rewards.
Shaped by programme experience
App journeys follow patterns that have held engagement across 500+ Basiq360 implementations: fast onboarding, visible progress and a clear next action.
ExploreIntegrations included
Connect to ERP, CRM, payment and wallet providers, with the integration scope agreed per deployment.

Common questions
Should we start with a landing page or an app?
Start with browser pages for one-off consumer scans. Choose an app when participants return often, need a wallet or history, or work offline in the field, as installers, retailers and sales teams usually do.
Who owns the app and the data?
The app is published in your brand. Data ownership, hosting region and residency are agreed per deployment.
Can the app and the landing pages share one programme?
Yes. Both run on the same AIQR participants, codes and rules, so a member can scan in the browser today and continue in the app tomorrow.
How long does a branded app take?
Timelines depend on audiences, modules and integrations. Configured modules shorten delivery compared with a custom build; the plan is agreed during discovery.
