Our legacy · Basiq360

A decade of programmes that had to keep working.

Before AIQR put an identity on every product, the team behind it spent ten years building Basiq360 loyalty, channel engagement and dealer distribution programmes for enterprises. More than 500 implementations taught us what keeps participants engaged in month eighteen, not just in launch week. That knowledge is built into AIQR.

What 500+ programmes teach you

  • Which reward structures hold participation, and which ones spike and fade
  • Where dealers, distributors and installers drop out, and why
  • How warranty registration becomes a long-term customer relationship
  • Which dashboards leadership actually uses to make programme decisions
  • How to stop point leakage and fraud without adding friction for genuine members

What we learned, and how AIQR uses it

A decade of programme data turns into practical defaults. You don't start from a blank page. You start from patterns that have held up across industries and markets.

01

Engagement decays on a predictable curve

Most programmes lose momentum at recognisable points: after the first redemption, after a scheme ends, after a season. Knowing where the drop comes lets a programme schedule the next reason to return before members leave.

Where it shows up in AIQR

  • Re-engagement triggers
  • Scheme calendars
  • Dormancy alerts

02

The channel decides more than the consumer

In categories like paints, cables, lubricants, batteries and building materials, the installer or retailer often chooses the brand. Rewarding the influencer at the point of fitment often matters more than rewarding the end buyer.

Where it shows up in AIQR

  • Influencer programmes
  • Dual-sided rewards
  • Dealer tiers

03

Simple rules outlast clever ones

Programmes that participants can explain in one sentence tend to keep their members. Complex earning matrices usually create confusion and support calls instead of loyalty.

Where it shows up in AIQR

  • Plan templates
  • Earning-rule guidance
  • Member communications

04

Fraud follows the reward

Every incentive attracts people trying to game it. Single-use serialized codes, geo-checks, velocity limits and redemption controls are designed in from the start, not added after the first leak.

  • Serialized codes
  • Velocity limits
  • Geo-fencing
  • Redemption approvals

Common questions

What is the relationship between Basiq360 and AIQR?

AIQR is built by the team with the Basiq360 legacy. Basiq360 implementations covered enterprise loyalty, channel engagement and dealer distribution management. AIQR adds serialized product identity, scan intelligence and connected packaging, so those programmes can start from a scan on the product itself.

Do you use one client's data to advise another?

No client's data is shared with or shown to another client. Recommendations come from programme design patterns and aggregated learnings: which structures, rules and engagement cadences work. They do not come from another brand's member or sales records.

Can you run a programme without serialized packaging?

Yes. Loyalty, dealer management and warranty programmes can start with invoice uploads, bill scans, retailer codes or manual claims, then move to serialized product scans as packaging changes are planned.

Which industries does the legacy cover?

The programmes span consumer goods and durables, as well as categories where trade influencers and multi-tier distribution decide what sells, such as building materials, electricals, automotive and agri-inputs. Discuss your category with the team to hear what applies.
