Solutions · Connected distribution
Follow every product from the line to the last retailer.
Factory systems know what was made. Distribution systems know what was sold. Few brands know both for the same unit. AIQR connects the Line Gateway, Basiq360 DMS and EPCIS, so a serial printed on your line can be followed through dispatch, distributor and retailer, along with the orders and invoices that moved it.
Questions you can answer
- Which distributor received this serial, and on which invoice?
- Was this unit sold in the territory it was shipped to?
- Which cartons from a recalled batch are still with which retailers?
- Did this retailer's reward scan come from stock it actually received?
- Which scheme payouts were made on genuine, traceable stock?
Available today
Each part works today. The Line Gateway handles serial supply, printing, camera checks and carton aggregation on the line. AIQR's cloud records traceability events and exports EPCIS JSON-LD and XML. Basiq360 DMS records orders, invoices and carton or serial scans as stock moves from distributor to retailer.
Integration & roadmap
Joining them into one history is integration work scoped for each rollout: mapping DMS receipts and transfers to EPCIS shipping and receiving events, carrying order and invoice references, and agreeing identifiers across systems. It is not presented as a pre-built connection.
One product. Four systems. One history.
Each stage is owned by the system that has the evidence for it. EPCIS is the common language that joins them.
- Line Gateway01
Commission and pack
Serials are printed, checked by camera and aggregated into cartons on the line.

Dispatch to distributor
A primary order is approved against credit and stock, invoiced and dispatched with its cartons.

Receive and pass on
The distributor scans cartons in, then scans them out to retailers against secondary orders.

Sell and reward
The retailer scans to earn. The scan can be checked against stock the retailer actually received.
scheme ledger, kept separate
Event names follow EPCIS business steps. Reward and consumer scans stay in the loyalty ledger and are not treated as supply-chain events. Which events are captured, and with what evidence, is agreed during implementation.
What a joined-up record makes possible
Diversion you can prove
Compare where a unit was shipped with where it was received and scanned, at serial level rather than by estimate.
Recalls down to the retailer
Go from an affected batch to the cartons, distributors and retailers that hold it, instead of recalling a whole region.
Schemes paid on genuine stock
Link reward scans to stock that was received through the channel, which closes off points earned on diverted or counterfeit units.
Secondary sales you can trust
Sell-through comes from scanned movements, not monthly distributor reports.
Partner-ready data
EPCIS is a GS1 standard, so authorised retailers, logistics partners and regulators can receive event data in a format they recognise.
ExploreOne identity throughout
The serial printed on the line is the same one the distributor and retailer scan. Nothing is relabelled along the way.
ExploreHow an integration is scoped
- 01
Map identifiers
Agree serial, carton and location identifiers across the line, the ERP and the DMS.
- 02
Define events and evidence
Decide which movements become EPCIS events and what proves each one happened.
- 03
Connect the systems
Map DMS receipts and transfers to events, with order and invoice references attached.
- 04
Pilot one route
Run one product line through one distributor territory before widening the rollout.
Common questions
Is this connection live today?
The components are. The Line Gateway, AIQR's EPCIS exports and Basiq360 DMS each work today. Connecting them into one product history is scoped and built for each rollout.
Does every scan become an EPCIS event?
No. Supply-chain events such as commissioning, packing, shipping and receiving need their own evidence. Retailer reward scans and consumer scans stay in the loyalty and engagement records.
Do we need the Line Gateway?
Not always. Serials can come from AIQR serialization or your ERP. The Line Gateway adds line-side evidence: camera checks and carton aggregation.
Who can see the event history?
Access is permission-controlled per tenant and partner. A public QR code doesn't give anyone access to your internal production or distribution records.
Does this replace our ERP?
No. The ERP remains the system of record for orders and invoices. The integration attaches those references to the product's event history.
